CROSSFIT
CrossFit is a high-intensity, functional fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. The program is based on the concept of “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements,” which means that each workout is different and includes a variety of exercises and movements that mimic real-life activities. Our adaptable workouts cater to all fitness levels and can be personalized by our expert coaches to accommodate any injuries.


OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Olympic weightlifting is a dynamic strength sport that involves lifting weights in two specific movements: the snatch and the clean and jerk. It requires a combination of explosive power, speed, and precision, with athletes aiming to lift the maximum weight possible in each lift. This sport not only develops physical strength but also demands mental focus and technical proficiency, making it a challenging and exhilarating discipline for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.
SPARTAN
Spartan Race is the global leader in obstacle course racing. Running a spartan race is way to test your grit, strength, athleticism, and endurance. Spartan SGX is an elite training model that not only provides obstacle preparation, but develops endurance for races up to a half marathon or longer. We focus on bucket carries, tire flips, monkey bars, sled drags - lifting as heavy as possible to get your body into peak athletic shape. Even if you're not running a Spartan Race, this class will create body awareness, build strength, flesh out obstacle skills, and propel you toward being a more well-rounded athlete.


PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training offers a tailored fitness experience designed to help individuals achieve their specific health and wellness goals. With one-on-one guidance, clients receive personalized workout plans, accountability, and ongoing support to optimize their physical performance and overall well-being. This dedicated approach ensures that exercise regimens are customized to meet individual needs, making personal training an effective and efficient way to attain desired results while staying motivated and accountable.
NUTRITION
Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Preferred is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too!


ON-RAMP
On-ramp sessions serve as an essential introduction to CrossFit, providing newcomers with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to safely and effectively participate in regular classes. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions familiarize individuals with fundamental CrossFit movements, techniques, and terminology while emphasizing proper form and injury prevention. By instilling confidence and understanding, on-ramp sessions prepare participants to seamlessly integrate into the environment of CrossFit classes, ensuring a smooth transition into the broader CrossFit community.
