Our workouts, also known as WODs (Workout of the Day), are unique, different everyday, and are designed to be scalable, meaning they can be modified to suit individuals of different fitness levels. You show up and our expert coaches will bring you through a warm-up, demonstration, and 60 minute workout.

I started at CrossFit Preferred in September 2014. I had never lifted weights and hadn’t had a consistent exercise program for five years. I was very much a beginner. Me, my husband and two teenage kids all work out at CrossFit Preferred, and we absolutely love it! It doesn’t matter what level you are at, there’s workouts for everyone! Great crossfit gym! Coaches are there to support and encourage you to achieve higher goals. Great variety of hours to choose from. Friendly staff and awesome members were I've made many new friends who share my passion of fitness.
